Trip to Europe
Well here are a few pictures of my family's trip to Europe. There are still other places that we visited in Europe but the pictures aren't very interesting so I won't put it up. Below are just the more interesting ones. As far as I can remember, we went to Rome, Italy, Vatican city, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Florence, Austria, Switzerland, and Paris. Don't know if I missed out any but what the hey, you get the idea..

Inside Musée du Louvre- freaking huge museum!@ Well first we saw the Mona Lisa, then after that it got boring because there was just too much to see.. But if you had say, 3 months, you can come here and appreciate each piece one-by-one..

It's been a few days since I've returned from Europe. The first few days of the trip were pretty bad, 'cause I was puking everyday. Puked in Rome, in front of the tower of Pisa, in Venice, during dinner.. Other than that, the rest of the tour was great. There are gig-loads of pictures so I'll just post the nicer ones some other time.
Caught the last 1 and a half days of YF camp. Nothing much happened for me, since I was there for only the last few programmes. My body clock was totally messed up so I ended up sleeping at 6+am that night.
Speaking of sleep.. I freaking overslept and totally mised church today. Although I set the alarm, I don't even recall me turning it off when it sounded. Actually I don't even recall the alarm sounding. Whatever it was, it sure sucked. You know that feeling- wasted. I'm gonna make sure this never happens again.
Chistmas is round the corner. Unfortunately for this year I haven't done any preparations for the season. I don't have very good presents and I don't have much of these not-so-good presents too. So tomorrow I'm gonna make a desperate rush to at least get new cards.

It's the last hour or so till we leave the house for the airport, and then for Europe.
Spent the day packing and trying to absorb the most of Home. I've been down with flu for the past 3 days now. It's so darn irritating when my node blogs ub, and even more so when only one side of my ears get blocked too. First my right ear, then both, then left. I'm slightly better now, but I really hope it doesn't get worse in the cold days to come.
It's been a year since I last experienced bitter coldness. It's gonna be much worse in Europe I heard; with the temperatures reaching as low as -10 degrees. My long-johns look like the ultimate skinny jeans.. At least I'll have a chance to finally experience snow falling from the sky :D
I don't really know exacty what to expect in this holiday, it's been ages since we holiday'd together as a whole family. I know I'm not looking forward to the aeroplane travel there, all 13 hours of it. I've just been entrusted with a very neat "professional" camera, so I can expect to be fiddling with it throughout the trip :) Expect breath-taking(in a good way, I hope) photographs when I return!
So the only electronic buddies I'll be having throughout the entire trip will be my new camera and my ipod. I sure hope those are enough to keep me company during those awfully long coach rides.
Now it's about half an hour till we leave, so now you know how long this post took heh. I won't be bringing my phone along, just FYI. Well I'm gonna miss everyone here in Singapore! I'll be back in time to join the YF'ers for the last 2 days of camp! So I guess one of you YF'ers will be without an Encourager till the end of the camp..

Today everything was super-packed. Buffet at tampines right after church. $30!? Why aren't the extra hidden costs ever included in a restaurant's advertisements? Went fishing again, after we were done gorging ourselves. Met a freaky guy in the bus ride to seletar.. After the buffet, time seemed to zip by so quickly. I only casted like, 3 times before my line got tangled up with another person's line, who also happened to reel up a heap of seaweed. Most of the time was spent setting up, tying knots and walking I guess.
Fishing is cereally(seriously) such a great way to waste time :)
And to all lil' yabbies out there: I'm gonna CATCH you and EAT YOUS UP.
